Jun 2008: Fixed Zero-option in Bias-correction-by-group for whole-pop r matrix.
May 2008: Calculate pair-wise Relatedness values for large data sets (tested up to 1000 genotypes).
Mar 2008: Display selected genotypes in the Konovalov&Heg(2008b) allele frequency algorithm. Fixed loading missing alleles from a CERVUS file.
Feb 2008: Activated the KINSHIP allele frequency bias correction option for relatedness.
Feb 2008: Full Sibship Reconstruction algorithms (SDR, MS, MS2) should now work with missing alleles.
